The latest news, Qontak is trying to change the pattern of sales teams in the Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Professional realms by providing sales technology solutions in Southeast Asia.

Features that are now in Contact among others are the features of instant reports and analysis. This feature allows companies to set targets and make more strategic decisions without having to spend time manually generating reports and analysis. Qontak also provides integration capabilities between CRM with websites or other software used within the company. This integration is considered to be able to create more efficient and easier-to-use organizational processes. Brendan leaked that they are preparing some of the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and will soon penetrate further in the Indonesian market.
