Pos Indonesia Announces Products From Partnership with Kioson

Launched a number of applications to develop Pos Indonesia's business

PT POS Indonesia (Pos Indonesia) announced the realization of a collaboration with Kioson, a technology company that has go public on the trading floor. Pos Indonesia launched several new digital services, namely M-Agenpos, Agenpos B2B Courier, Agenpos B2B Financial Services, and also the Oranger Contact Center.

According to the Commercial Director of Pos Indonesia Charles Sitorus, M-Agenpos is an Android-based mobile application that can be used for payment services for electricity, telecommunications, clean water, airplane and train tickets, insurance premiums, to Land and Building Tax (PBB). This application will later be able to help users who usually do not need to come to the post office to pay.

Another new service provided by Pos Indonesia is Agenpos B2B Financial Services. A service that is a service development as a result of a partnership with Channel Pospay since 2002. With this service, payments for products belonging to Pos Indonesia partners with B2B consumers can be paid non-cash through smartphone applications, SMS banking, and through ATMs.

Pos Indonesia too presenting Oranger Contact Center, a free goods collection service with a contact number of 1500261. This service is claimed to make it easier for the public, online sellers to deliver goods to MSMEs because they do not need to deliver shipments to postal outlets. Meanwhile, Agenpos B2B Courier Service is a service developed by postal agents in collaboration with business entity partners online.

Business partners must provide virtual network connection between the host and the Pos Indonesia host. While Pos Indonesia provides service courier service with a connected system.

Pos Indonesia as a logistics company in the last two years has been quite active in implementing technology, both through the launch of new services to collaboration with a number of parties, such as what was done with Kioson and MCASH.

In some areas, such as Semarang and Solo, Pos Indonesia has also started introduce FastPOS, a service on demand which tries to empower Pos Indonesia couriers more optimally.
