PopBox Partners with GrabParcel, Bank Mandiri and Sepulsa

Delivery of goods via PopSend, payment options for e-commerce services and credit via smart lockers

PopBox smart locker service again presents the latest service for the people of Indonesia. Through the PopSend feature, PopBox users can now send goods next day service by utilizing couriers and estimated prices from GrabParcel. This collaboration was deliberately carried out by PopBox to provide convenience to PopBox users in the Jadetabek area.

"The PopSend collaboration process with GrabParcel is fairly fast, from our side we only had discussions related to the existing system, and this April we officially announced the partnership," said PopBox Co-founder Greta Bunawan to DailySocial.

Through the PopSend application, users can directly take advantage of existing services, however, in collaboration with GrabThis parcel is not mentioned in the application, later all existing processes will automatically use it GrabParcel.

“In our application there is no mention of options GrabParcel, but directly this delivery package can already be used by individual users. Not only PopSend Later, users can also send goods from one locker to another," said Greta.

Associated with deadlines or contracts with GrabParcel, Greta said that this initial collaboration would be carried out for one year, if it proves to be successful and profitable for both parties, it is possible that this collaboration will be extended.

"With a large number of couriers and a very affordable price estimate, it is hoped that this collaboration can make it easier for users to make deliveries quickly," said Greta.

Cooperation with Bank Mandiri and Sepulsa

Another innovation that is also presented by PopBox is the choice of payment by using the e-money from Bank Mandiri. By placing reader in the current 70 PopBox lockers, and following other PopBox lockers, users who wish to make payments to the service E-commerce MatahariMall can take advantage of reader e-money from independent banks in the PopBox lockers available.

In addition to payment to services E-commerce MatahariMall, PopBox also provide credit purchases, in collaboration with Sepulsa, an online top-up service for all telecommunications operators in Indonesia. Purchasing credit through PopBox's smart locker is expected to provide new options and make it easier for users to buy credit.

"Currently, these payment options are available and of course users can immediately enjoy it, in accordance with PopBox's goal to provide convenience for all," concluded Greta.
