At the beginning, the targeted market share was corporations or mid-to-high-end companies. However, in the last 6 months Victor and his team saw a need in the SME segment, so Xeratic was born as an effort to expand market share.

"We believe that having high-quality data and systems for managing good data is an important foundation in any company's digital transformation strategy. We believe that clean data will drive companies to achieve much better business analytics, especially in today's world, in where process efficiency and decision-making accuracy are essential; machine learning and better artificial intelligence is key," said Victor.

"This year, we plan to penetrate more SMEs, and of course we will continue to serve medium to high-end companies that we see during this pandemic that really need process efficiency and decision-making. Our products and services have been proven in several industries such as financial, retail, and manufacturing," said Feris.

Xeratic also has strategic partnerships with several global and local technology companies. Hitachi Vantara and Microsoft are the ones who have interacted the longest, because indeed Xeratic uses and also develops several enterprise solutions on top of their technology platforms.
