When setting up a company, including a tech startup, getting feedback or positive feedback is something to be expected. However, we should not ignore negative feedback.

Customer feedback is one of the most difficult things to manage. Improper handling of customer feedback can result in customer leaving or even development errors The roadmap product.

Customers are people who know whether the products we develop are right on target and provide satisfaction. Validate every feedback, whether positive or negative, to ensure the future of the product is right on target.
