Go to Supermarket, online sales service from Ranch Market and Farmers Market (Supra Boga Lestari) introduces the concept of O2O (Online-to-Offline) through the "Collect in Store" feature. This feature allows users to pick up items purchased through e-commerce services but the items are picked up themselves at the store offline owned by Ranch Market and Farmers Market.

The O2O concept is considered suitable to be applied to food products such as those sold in Supermarkets. For consumers, this is to ensure that the purchased food ingredients are available and still available fresh when picked up at the shop.
