Users can place orders through the MrSpeedy site, contact customer service, or a short message via WhatsApp. In its delivery, the company utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology to auto-routing find the best route so that the package is sent immediately.

Users will receive notifications via SMS for each progress which the courier has completed. Consumers can track progress delivery by real-time. Some of the users who have used MrSpeedy's services are companies in the florist, f&b, office documents, fashion retail, and printing segments.

"In the future, we plan to cooperate with marketplace companies and provide our technology so they can use it," said Ken.
