Talking about the safety and convenience of users, Theodora explained that his party evaluates service providers by collaborating with several SMEs or SMEs that already have track record good in their respective fields.

“As a platform for connecting consumers with service providers, team Monolia works with service providers that we have verified. For example, when a service provider registers through the Monolia website, Monolia staff will contact the service provider in question and re-verify the services they offer, past experiences them, company data, the area covered for their services, and also the price of their services,” he said.
