Mister Aladin Introduces the Airline Ticket Booking Feature

Mister Aladin introduced their new feature for booking airline tickets. With this new feature, Mister Aladin will enliven the OTA sector in Indonesia in the midst of increasingly crowded market competition --as previously known, the service E-commerce such as Tokopedia and JD.id also serve flight ticket reservations.

From internal data Mr Aladdin, after event soft launch the flight ticket feature has implications for an increase in hotel reservations by 63% in the first quarter of 2018. Of the total bookings, domestic holidays are still a priority.

"Currently we have more than 100.000 inventory hotel and we are targeting to increase in the future inventory by 200% at the end of 2018. To meet consumer demand while at the same time accommodating the trend of domestic bookings during the Eid holiday, we decided to launch a flight ticket booking feature and focus on domestic routes first," said CEO Mister Aladin Veranika Gunawan.

This flight ticket booking feature should indeed be an innovation from Mister Aladin if you don't want to be left behind from other competitors. In addition, Mister Aladin must also remain consistent in presenting innovations and features that users need.

On the same occasion, Mister Aladin also presented the Personal Travel Assistant feature in their application. This feature is expected to be able to give a personal touch to the service. This feature allows consumers to enjoy personal system services managed by travel experts choice at any time.

"We see a trend themed travel like travel backpacker, foodie, road trip, traveling for marathon and so on among travelers present time. As the best travel companion, travelers, it is easy for us to make this happen through Personal Travel Assistant," explained Chief Operating Officer Mister Aladin Nitha Sudewo.

The Personal Travel Assistant feature and the ability to provide personalization services belonging to Mister Aladin are claimed to be differentiating and unique so that they can remain competitive with other OTAs.
