Principles of Making LPJ

In preparing the LPJ, there are several principles that serve as basic references so that the report can be more convincing. The principles of making LPJ are as follows.

1. Systematic and integrated

Accountability reports must be made systematically and mutually arranged according to a predetermined format. Systematic means according to the order and the parts can't be missed. Meanwhile, integrated means that they are related to one another, so that the parts do not stand alone.

2. Detailed

The preparation of the report must also be detailed, meaning that it contains the complete content that must exist, especially the implementation of activities and the use of budget funds. The use of funds must be written as it is. Evidence of the use of funds, such as receipts or receipts, can be attached at the end of the LPJ.

3. Transparent

LPJ must be prepared in a transparent manner, meaning that it must be prepared as it is without anything being reduced or exaggerated. This principle applies especially to the preparation of a budget plan (RAB). Valid evidence can be attached in the attachment section of the LPJ.

4. Comprehensive

Comprehensive means broad and complete, namely LPJ must be made complete and comprehensive regarding information on the holding of events or activities. The report that has been made must contain information that can be described based on the 5W and 1H principles, namely WhatWhoWhyWhenWhereand How.

  • What, information about events that have been held.
  • Who, who are the parties involved in organizing the event, as well as the organizers who contribute to the event.
  • Why, for what reason the event is held, or it can be said the purpose why the event is held.
  • When, refers to the time of the event.
  • Where, refers to the place where the event is held.
  • How, answered about how the event process took place, such as the form of the rundown and its capacity.

Those are the things you need to know in making LPJ. Hopefully this information adds to your insight!
