It was stated that in the last 18 months McEasy succeeded in increasing partnerships 6x, so that currently more than 1500 companies have utilized the solution.

Henrdik and Raymond believe that the room for growth in this industry is still very large. This is because the Indonesian logistics sector is hit by fragmentation and inefficiency, with more than 85% of logistics players still relying on manual methods using pen and paper.

This leads to three main challenges: low delivery satisfaction, inefficient delivery costs and poor driver behavior. Overcoming these challenges is critical to increasing Indonesia's competitiveness and the success of logistics businesses.

"In 2023, the number of companies integrated with McEasy will increase substantially. This means that McEasy solutions are proven to be needed by industry players. The approach customer-centric and market insights which makes McEasy the best solution for the Indonesian logistics ecosystem. Granite Asia supports McEasy in transforming the logistics industry by setting new standards in operational excellence and driving significant efficiency improvements," added Dimitra Taslim from Granite Asia.

In Indonesia, McEasy faces a number of players in providing logistics digitization services. Among them are TransTRACK, Titip.io, LODI, Logee, MileApp, and a number of other players.
