Kartuku Supports McDonald's Indonesia Presents Online Payment System

McDonald's Indonesia has implemented a number of Kartuku solutions to ensure that online payment processes remain secure

Cooperation between MasterCard with McDonald's Indonesia has realized an online payment system dubbed the Online McDelivery Cashless Promo. This online payment system will serve the sales operations of 158 McDonald's (hereinafter referred to as McD) outlets in Indonesia. The presence of the online payment system is also supported by platform from Kartuku.

Kartuku is known as an Indonesian financial technology company that specializes in payment solutions. In support of payment services at McD, Kartuku implements several products and services.

The TNSPay product implemented at McD allows merchant accept secure payments online, such as over the internet, smartphone, service call center and routine billing services. This technology supports 3-D Secure Authentication, a monitoring feature fraud sophisticated (advanced fraud monitoring), and comes with international certification for PCI-DSS 3.0 security. With this system, customers can now order McD online and make payments when the order arrives at its destination. To DailySocial, the Kartuku team said:

In addition to TNSPay which is used as an Internet Payment Gateway in the McD payment system, there are several other Kartuku systems that have been implemented, such as Fraudulent Detection, Reconciliation System, Security and Reliability System, Gift Card System, and Tokenization Service. Tokenization Service allows merchant store credit card information making it easier for customers to make future purchases without the need to provide credit card information repeatedly.

"Kartuku will continue to strive to revitalize the payment system and continue to innovate products and services as well as technology development. Regarding the -based approach mobile devices, we are currently conducting trials for the integration of our solution with mobile applications in Indonesia," said Kartuku Chief Technology Officer Rama Notowidigdo explaining Kartuku's vision regarding payments mobile devices.

Rama continued, "In 2015, our solution will be integrated with the EDC (Electronic Data Capture) biometric system. With a fingerprint validation system, the financial services offered can be more targeted and the security level is guaranteed."
