Now finding boarding information has become easier along with the rapid development of the digital world. One of the new players who enliven the realm of boarding house is Mamikos.

Mamikos is a boarding house search service in Indonesia that provides boarding information data with complete facility details such as bedroom facilities, bathrooms, public facilities, to photos of boarding houses. Mamikos claims that the data contained in their service has been verified by going directly to the location of the boarding house in question. Meanwhile, the latest information on prices and room availability will be presented once every 1-2 weeks to prospective boarding house residents.

Mamikos services are currently accessible via the browser at desktop with. Besides desktop with, Mamikos has also entered the realm of application mobile devices and is available for installation on devices with platformAndroid and also iOS.

How Mamikos works

In simple terms, Mamikos works as a 'bridge' to connect seekers of temporary rental housing or boarding houses with their providers. The information displayed by Mamikos is also fairly complete, ranging from prices, boarding facilities, to photos of the boarding house concerned. However, what is interesting is the search support features provided by Mamikos.

To make it easier for users to find boarding houses, Mamikos provides a search feature by Area or Popular Area, Campus or University, and based on the user's location. In addition, there is a Subscription feature to get information via applications and email, a Favorites feature to save boarding houses that you want to revisit, and a History feature to view boarding data that you've seen.

Mamikos plans for the future

Currently, Mamikos services are only available for the cities of Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and the Greater Jakarta area. Even so, looking at the website, Mamikos plans to expand its reach listing they went to Bali and also the city of Semarang. This move makes sense, considering that Bali is one of the best tourist destinations in Indonesia and Semarang has several well-known universities in the city.
