Go-Pay Transactions Simplify, Go-Jek Releases "Go-Nearby" Directory Feature
Can also be used for the Go-Ride feature, taking users to their destination
Go-Jek has released the latest Go-Nearby feature, a directory service that connects Go-Food merchants with Go-Jek users. There has been no official information submitted by Go-Jek, but this feature has begun to be enjoyed by some users.
Like a directory, Go-Nearby connects users with Go-Food merchants who accept payments via Go-Pay, sorted by proximity to location. There is also a telephone contact that can be contacted, if there is a need for a reservation, along with operating hours. In addition, the Go-Ride feature is available to take users to merchant locations.
Judging from the capabilities offered, this feature will be very helpful, both in terms of users, merchants, drivers, and Go-Jek itself. Merchants can get more visibility when they become Go-Food and Go-Pay partners.
Users don't have to bother filling in their destination if they don't know the exact address, which can help drivers get to their destination without getting lost. For Go-Jek, the presence of Go-Nearby can encourage Go-Pay usage. With just one step, users can directly scan the merchant's QR barcode.
Go-Jek in recent times has enriched the new features under the Go-Life umbrella. Among them Go-Fix, Go-Laundryand Go-Daily. All three complement to meet the daily needs of its users.
Go-Fix is an AC repair & maintenance service. Meanwhile, Go-Daily is an ordering & delivery service for various daily needs, such as drinking water, gas, and rice. Finally, Go-Laundry is a professional laundry service with free shuttles with no minimum order. However, these three services can only be enjoyed by users in Jakarta.
