Launch Update, DANA 2.0 App Boost User Personalization

Already has 80 million users; present a series of new features in the latest version

Aiming to provide convenience and personalization to users, DANA updates its application. In the Tech Talk event held by the company, Co-Founder & CEO Vince Iswara said, the DANA 2.0 launched was a form of their seriousness in responding to the challenges that exist in society.

"Technological innovation, including UI/UX, we will continue to do consistently and will always be the focus in developing the DANA digital wallet for the best transaction experience for users."

The interface in this latest version is claimed to be cleaner with better contextual information serving for each component. For example the appearance of user activity information; menu 'Just For You' to check the code directly referrals, vouchers, and others; to the DANA Protection feature.

They also simplify the steps in the Send Money feature. Users can now easily take advantage of the search field for more convenient transfers. In addition, the new display also displays the last row of transaction destinations.

Both of these options are shortcuts for users to speed up transfers to the same destination, either among users or bank accounts. In addition, DANA also updated the DANA Statement feature by adding: widget of iOS.

There is also a Daily Limit feature that allows users to set a daily spending limit for each card so that usage is more controlled and controlled. DANA also adds an extra layer of security for user cards. Through the Smart Pay feature, it helps provide recommendations for the best payment methods for users. Thus, users do not have to worry if the balance is not sufficient for transactions.

Even though DANA currently has around 80 million users, the focus is still on the huge potential to reach new users. In this case, the most effective way to do this is to continue to provide education regularly online in the application. To make the information display more attractive, DANA also offers an infographic format that is claimed to be more interesting to enjoy.

According to CTO Dana Norman Sasono, one way to reach more new users is to present a UI/UX that is user friendly and prioritize personalization. Asked whether in the future DANA will transform into great app, Norman emphasized that currently Dana's focus is on improving the features that are superior.

Since its launch until now, the Send Money feature has become the choice of many users. Through the DANA 2.0 application update, the function has been further enhanced to make it easier for all Dana users.

According to DANA Head of UX & Design Den Widhana, the most effective way to provide the best UI/UX experience is to use data and statistics as a navigator as well as UI/UX method which are then customized according to the purpose and objectivity of each product.
