Livaza Presents to Offer "Made to Order" Furniture E-Commerce Services

Livaza present to enliven the Indonesian e-commerce market by specializing in selling furniture. Unlike existing furniture stores, all products at Livaza are based on "made to order" which is only created after an order. Livaza is one of the startups supported by GEPI.

As informed through its press release, Livaza can be accessed by the public as of 28 February. They have two sales channels, online shop and team offline serving commercial and residential consumers. Draft made to order makes Livaza not need to provide a warehouse or special storage for its goods. Once ordered, the goods will be made immediately and completed within 8-10 weeks (2-2,5 months).

Livaza was founded by 3 Co-Founders, William Budiharsono, Eric Lemuel, and Made Cynthia Rini. Livaza CEO William Budiharsono said, "Focusing on the design of urban living, Livaza targets the movement of the MAC segment (middle-affluent class / upper middle class) for high value markets, especially in Indonesia."

Indeed, the price offered by Livaza is not cheap. The average price of goods offered ranges from one to 20 million Rupiah. Payments can be made through various methods, including credit cards after working with Veritrans.

Although currently Livaza products are made by the team themselves, they are open to collaboration with talented furniture designers. Each designer can submit their designs for evaluation through this form. "Professional and seasoned designers can also enter their designs through our portal and make it happen through our team of craftsmen and craftsmen. In addition, they will get royalties for every design that is successfully marketed," said William.

Looking at the competition map in the furniture market, Livaza's closest competitors are Informa (which also has an online store) and IKEA, which recently opened its outlets in the Alam Sutera area. By targeting the upper middle market that cares about quality, price is not the main problem. Livaza will be assessed based on whether the price offered is commensurate with the quality provided and successfully completed within the promised timeframe.
