Paylater Service Kredivo Can be used at Alfamart, Fintech Penetration to O2O is getting stronger

Kredivo, digital payment platform, announces cooperation with network minimarket Alfamart. Now user Kredivo can use the credit limit to shop for daily necessities at 15 thousand Alfamart outlets with 0% interest and a 30-day tenor.

General Manager Kredivo Lily Suriani said that this collaboration is expected to expand access to credit more broadly to all Indonesian people. At the same time, part of the strategy Kredivo who want to be present in every community activity and economy by providing facilities paylater in 30 days without interest.

"In the midst of low credit penetration, we hope that the collaboration and innovation that we present with Alfamart can be a stimulus for the wheels of the Indonesian economy," said Lily in an official statement, Monday (21/12).

Managing Director Alfamart Ryan Alfons Kaloh added, the company is committed to always presenting various shopping innovations, as well as supporting national economic recovery efforts with the government. “We are proud to be working with Kredivo which has presented various payment innovations for people who were previously unreachable by access to credit,” he said.

Lily continued, the company's internal data showed that during the pandemic, especially in the third quarter of this year, it was found that demand increased by up to 20% for daily products compared to the previous quarter. Therefore, strategic cooperation Kredivo and Alfamart can reach more users. Kredivo itself targets to serve 10 million consumers in the next few years.

At an early stage, Kredivo can be used as an alternative payment method at 15 thousand Alfamart outlets throughout Indonesia. To take advantage of the limit Kredivo at Alfamart, users can simply use the 'Barcode' menu in the application Kredivo, then select merchant Alfamart.

Next, enter the PIN and discount voucher, Barcode will appear for five minutes and can be scanned by Alfamart cashiers to complete the transaction.
