After being present on Android, the Lamudi Property Site is Now Expanding to the iOS Platform

The iOS version of the Lamudi application is also available directly in 16 countries, including Indonesia. As stated by Antonius Salis as co-founder and Managing Director Lamudi, the application which is now available on two popular smartphone platforms, is Lamudi's answer to the high market demand regarding property searches through mobile devices.

"After the successful launch of the Lamudi application for Android last month, we saw a rapidly increasing demand and number of users in Indonesia and the surrounding area, so we maintained the momentum by launching our services for the iOS platform as soon as possible," said Salis. in press news.

Therefore, entering the second semester of 2014, Lamudi is back on track with its iOS version of the application which has functions and features that are not much different from the Android version. In property search, the Lamudi application focuses on curable searches such as searches by location, property type, building area, and even by price range. In terms of use, this application is easy to use for the general public because it is available in Indonesian, however settings for using English are also available.

In his statement, he added, the Lamudi application offers several advantages that property seekers can get, such as; High-quality property photo galleries, detailed property information, location maps, and easy access to share property information via social media such as Facebook, Twitter, or email are also included.

In the Indonesian market, Lamudi's services in mobile applications compete with other property marketplace providers who also have mobile applications on both Android and iOS, for example there are UrbanIndo, house123, and also home.com. Looking at the competitive map, it is estimated that in the future Lamudi will focus on continuously increasing the number listing property in order to meet its monetization target in the next year, while it is possible that the Lamudi application will also continue to be updated to provide excellent service.
