Jubelio Plans Business Expansion to Singapore and Vietnam This Year

Starting to focus on working on data analysis for the needs of retail business players

Platform provider startups omni-channel Jubelio is exploring business opportunities abroad. The startup, which was founded in 2016, plans to expand to Singapore and Vietnam this year.

Co-founder Jubelio Andra Yusuf said that the expansion plan is in line with the need omni-channel in both countries. He revealed that there were already local partners in the local country who invited expansion cooperation.

"In the future we want Jubelio to be in every country [that needs a solution" omni-channel]. We want to be one of the big players in Southeast Asia," Andra told DailySocial.

For now, Jubelio has not been able to name the company that will become his official partner in these countries. "We don't know when it will officially enter, for sure we will expand in one of these countries this year," he said.

As is well known, a number of merchant and retail business actors in Indonesia have begun to adopt omnichannel. This concept itself is predicted to be the future E-commerce and retail because it has many integrated sales channels.

Jubelio is one of the players in Indonesia in providing a platform that makes it easy for business actors to manage products and transactions from various sources marketplace in one dashboard.

Currently, Jubelio has the main business of -based Omni-channel Management Software cloud which integrates Sales Channel (offline or online), Inventory Management, Order Management (WMS), Point of Sale (POS), logistics provider, Loyalty Reward System, and Integrated Accounting System in one platform.

Get into the data analytics business

In addition to the above businesses, the company is also exploring new business opportunities, namely data analysis. This is one of the strategieshard selling"The company has focused on product development since its inception until the middle of last year.

Andra explained that the data analysis feature will make it easier for retail businesses to find out all information related to their products, starting from when the product should be reproduced, the types of products sold, and planning. marketing by category (by month, week, city, gender).

"This data analysis feature will be processed based on their own sales data at Jubelio. We will rely on artificial intelligence (AI) in data processing," he said.

As of February 2019, Jubelio has pocketed 2000 registrants, with 700 active users. This year, Jubelio is aiming for 10.000 active users. Jubelio will also expand the number of human resources, especially from the product technology division.
