After Expansion in Three Countries, JavaMifi will Focus on Product Innovation

Establish strategic cooperation with SoftBank, enable Japanese tourists to take advantage of their connectivity in Indonesia

After a busy 2019 with expansion to Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam, next year JavaMifi will focus on innovation and new products. One that is presented is the latest modem with a more compact display with longer battery life. The new product launched is expected to accommodate input from its users. Even though it has launched a new type of modem, the old version of the modem is still being provided by JavaMifi.

Another plan the company wants to provide is a subscription service. This program presents a new mechanism in the payment process, namely on a monthly basis. It is considered to be more efficient for business people who frequently travel abroad. Users can also do top-up for the packages you want to add.

"The target is not only the B2C, but also the B2B who often travel on business to various countries using the JavaMifi subscription service," said JavaMifi Founder Andintya Maris.

"Previously we had a similar partnership with Sakura. But with Softbank, they are willing to help us promote JavaMifi to tourists from Japan who have plans to visit Indonesia," said Arindro.

Currently JavaMifi already has about one million users. Target in 2020, they want to acquire about two million new users.
