Jagofon Confirms Obtaining Funding from Orbit Startups

Platform marketplace Jagofon used cellphones reportedly received seed funding of $150 thousand or around 2,3 billion Rupiah from Orbit Startups, the early-stage startup development program from US venture capitalist SOSV.
It was first announced in the SEA Digest summary on the website Deal Street Asia some time ago, written Jagofon accept initial funding followed by an incentive program to support growth and fundraising outside of activities demo day.
Jagofon Founder & CEO Stéphane Becquart confirmed this report, and revealed that the funding was to drive business growth and strengthen the Jagofon team, both at sourcing and operational.
