TADOtv Offers Interactive Video Concept, User Defines Storyline

TADOtv is a mobile video application that offers an interactive concept. The content delivery model is like this, for example a user chooses to watch a short film, every few minutes the user will be presented with an option to determine the storyline. From the existing videos, on average there are two options given for each scenario.

For example in the short film "Bucin", in a dinner scene for two lovebirds, the woman asks a man who is constantly busy on his cell phone: "Are you busy?" chatting with who?". Then the application user is presented with two options: (1) with friends or (2) with Ayu. Each choice will have its own storyline.

Get seed funding from Insignia Ventures Partners

Reported by Deal Street AsiaTADOtv developer PT Karya Anak Digital has just received initial funding (seed funding) from Insignia Ventures Partners. No mention was made of the amount of funding that the interactive video platform received.

Collaborate with content creators

On the official website, TADOtv also informed that it opens opportunities for content creators to join its network. Every content created is required to have more than one storyline, so it is expected to provide a unique experience for each viewer.

To manage these videos, from the content developer side, TADOtv has prepared a special CMS (Content Management System) to make it easier for video creators to add scenario options.
