Insider Obtains Fresh Funds of 1,5 Trillion Rupiah, Ready to Acquire Indonesian Startups
Indonesia is one of Insider's strategic markets to intensify its M&A strategy this year
SaaS Platform Insider announced that it has closed a fresh round of $105 million (over 1,5 trillion Rupiah) from former investors QIA and Esas Private Equity. It was stated that this round brought the total funding that Insider had achieved to $274 million (around 4 trillion Rupiah).
In the official statement received DailySocial.id, Wednesday (24/5), Insider will use the funds to accelerate its inorganic-focused strategy mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and building enterprise technology.
SEA Insider Regional Managing Director Jack Nguyen explained, this new strategy will benefit the company's business in Indonesia, with a line-up of big client names, such as Telkomsel, Blibli, and Garuda, in order to improve their customer experience.
