Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and Indepay Announce Collaboration to Facilitate Transactions Through the myIM3 and Bima+ Applications

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) announced a partnership with the company payment gatewayTara-Indepay to facilitate consumer transactions through the myIM3 and bima+ applications. So far, payment mechanisms from various methods have often been an issue for various reasons, one of which is difficult and high costs.

From Tara-Indepay's findings, there are various problems experienced by customers and merchants related to the payment mechanism, including 17% or 1 out of 6 transactions being canceled due to processing checkout long and complicated.
