IDN Media Expands Outdoor Advertising Business

LEDs paired for advertising can be programmed and monitored online

Having previously launched new app, today (24/6) IDN Media launched the IDN Programmatic Out-of-Home (IDN POOH) product. IDN POOH is an outdoor media platform or out-of-home which is connected to the internet. It claims to use a special patented technology to be able to display advertisements online real-time and measurable.

IDN POOH is here to provide a solution to the limitations that traditional OOH has had. For example, high price per installation location, limited exposure, no ad performance reports, inflexible installation duration, illegal OOH locations, to content settings that can't be changed.

IDN POOH offers variety output ads that can be tailored to your needs. For the first phase, IDN POOH will focus on the LED screen format that is connected to the internet and installed on the top of the car.

"Using the latest technology, IDN POOH provides optimized and scalable OOH advertising services online and real-time. We believe IDN POOH will be g in the advertising industry out of home," said IDN Media CEO Winston Utomo.

Was introduced before the pandemic

Since February this product has been launched by IDN Media, but it was only inaugurated at the end of June 2020. According to Winston to DailySocial, seeing the conditions during the pandemic, postponed IDN Media to inaugurate the latest product.

During the coverage of #DStour in early February 2020, Winston claimed, the product was a "the first real-time" out-of-home advertising. Its function is as LED Advertising that can be applied anywhere. Not only in cars, but also on cars, some are placed in traditional stalls called Retail LEDs.

"What distinguishes IDN POOH products from other products is that everything is broadcast live real-time. So it can be replaced directly without having to use a USB, by using the dashboard everything is controlled automatically online. For monitoring can also be done by real-time via the dashboard, for example the ad will change if the car is in a certain area. Everything can be done and controlled directly."
