Requirement Document Grab Food Merchants

Before entering the registration guide GrabFood Merchant, this is a list of documents that you must prepare in advance as a requirement to become GrabFood Merchants.

Owner Information Document

The first document you must prepare is the owner's identity card, namely a photo of ID card, and a photo of TIN with the following conditions:

  • ID cards must not be cut off on the photo.

  • Good photo quality.
  • Foreign shop owners can use their original passports or Kitas as identification documents.
  • The identity document must still be valid.
  • The photo ID that can be accepted is the photo of the ID card detected in the National Electronic ID Card Recording System.
  • NPWP photo may be in the form of a photocopy.

Store Information Document

Second, you have to prepare some store-related information documents. Including the following:

  • Store name (must match shop name in banner shop)
  • Store phone number (example: 62822xxxxx)
  • Store email (with Gmail domain)
  • Store address and coordinates (street name and number, RT/RW, kelurahan, sub-district, postal code, unit number/floor number, and benchmark)
  • Photos look outside and look inside the shop. Take a picture according to the example image below.
  • For photos that look outside, make sure the photo shows the name of your store. It can be the name of the shop on a banner, sticker, or paper. If your store is a home store or restaurant, you must attach a photo of the owner with the shop banner.
  • For in-depth photos, make sure the photo shows the cashier, dining table, or shop kitchen. For home stores, attach photos of the owners with food products in the kitchen. Make sure the product photo is facing the camera and the owner's photo is clear and the same as on the ID card.

Bank Account Information Document

Register requirements document GrabThe next Food Merchant is a bank account information document. You must prepare a photo of a passbook or photo of an e-banking display showing a bank account.

If the account holder is different from the main person in charge/owner, you must attach a power of attorney that you can download HERE.

Menu Information Document

Finally, you must attach a photo of the menu list and a photo of the food with the following conditions:

  • Menu list photos must be complete with prices that will be displayed on the application Grab.
  • Food photos must match those on the menu.
  • Food photos can be more than one (the more complete the better).

How to Register GrabFood Merchants

 

 

All documents ready? Let's follow the steps on how to register GrabThe following Food Merchants.

  • First, fill out the form GrabFood Merchants HERE. On the form, you will be asked to fill in basic information such as the name of your restaurant, the address of your restaurant, your name as a restaurant owner, mobile number and address. e-mail business.
  • If everything is filled in, check the approval statement and tick CAPTCHA.
  • Then, click Register.
  • After filling out the form, parties GrabFood will deliver e-mail verification. Verify no later than 72 hours after e-mail enter.
  • Then, if the verification is successful, you will be contacted by the party GrabFood to explain about the next steps for registration.
  • Next, parties Grab will send e-mail and you will be asked to complete the store, owner, menu, and other information documents.
  • After providing store information etc., you will be asked to sign a contract with GrabFood. This contract will be sent via e-mail. Read carefully the terms and conditions contained in the contract before signing.
  • Next, you will be asked to re-verify e-mail with a time limit of 72 hours.
  • After that, OVO as a digital wallet that works with Grab will contact you to validate and verify your restaurant information.
  • If the verification and validation have been successful, then you will conduct training. Training materials will be sent by the party Grab through e-mail. You will learn how to use the application GrabMerchant, how to activate the account GrabYour food, and others.

How to Register as a Partner GrabFood via Application GrabMerchant

Apart from the method above, you can also register as a partner GrabFood through the application Grabmerchants. Here are the steps:

  • install application GrabMerchant HERE.
  • Then, click Register to create an account GrabMerchant.

 

 

  • Enter the phone number and e-mail you and click Continue.
  • Next, select your business category.

 

 

  • After that, create a password consisting of 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, numbers and symbols. If you have, click Create Account.

 

 

  • Then, click Activate Now on features GrabFood to activate GrabFood.

 

 

  • Enter the phone number and e-mail, then click Verification.

 

 

  • After verifying, activate it GrabFood. Prepare the required documents described above to facilitate the activation process.

 

 

  • In the activation process, you will be asked to select a business type, fill in store information, owner profile, bank account, legal documents, restaurant details, menu and food photos, and restaurant opening hours.

 

 

  • If everything is filled in, click Send to enter the OVO verification stage.
  • You will be asked to sign a contract sent via e-mail. In addition, OVO will also contact you a maximum of 2 days after the activation process. Make sure your phone number is active and check e-mail periodically because OVO verification will be done by telephone and e-mail. You will be contacted by OVO with the number 021-40719000.

 

 

  • Then, your activation application will be processed no later than 5 days. You can check the status of your application on the application GrabMerchant.
  • If you see a screen like the one below, it means that your activation failed. Follow the instructions on the notification and reapply activation.

 

 

  • If the activation is successful, you will see a notification on the application as in the image below.
