3 Ways to Secure WhatsApp Account from Hackers

Have you ever heard from a friend who told him that his WhatsApp number was hit? hack? Yep, right. Lately we often hear sad stories like this. It's not surprising, but actually we can prevent incidents like this from an early age.

  • Then tap two-step verification.

  • Tap the button Enable.

  • Enter the PIN you set yourself, confirm once again and then enter the email address also twice.

Limit Group Invitations

This method does not directly prevent hackers from breaking into your WhatsApp, but at least it can reduce the activities of strangers.

  • Enter menu Settings - Accounts - Privacy.
  • Then enter the menu Groups.

  • Then change to options My Contacts. If this is enabled, then only people who are our contacts can add us to any group.

Enable Fingerprint Feature

The last step you can take to secure WhatsApp from hackers is to activate the fingerprint feature. It also includes a new feature that was released in 2021, not so long ago that not many people know about it.

  • Open menu Settings - Accounts - Privacy.
  • Then scroll down and tap menu Fingerprint lock.

  • Change it to the on position, then place your finger on the fingerprint sensor.

This last step can't be done on all devices, only on devices that have an activated fingerprint sensor.
