Guide to Managing Employee Access Rights for Business Players in the Loyverse POS Application

For business actors, carry out various management starting from management the employee, inventory, to sales reports will be more effective if they can be managed with only one account or one application. Loyverse POS offers various conveniences for business people to do this management. With one Loyverse POS account, businesses can manage employee access, monitor employee performance, control items, and get sales graph reports per period.

Business actors can add and manage employee lists to the POS account. The account owner can also protect his business by granting and limiting different access to each employee according to the employee's position so that the account owner doesn't have to worry about sensitive data that might be included in the account.

The account owner has full control over any granting of access to his employees. To manage employee access rights, business owners need to enter the Loyverse POS account that has been created and it will be easier if you use a laptop device because we will enter the back office settings.

How to Add Positions and Manage Employee Access Rights according to Employee Positions

  • Open the Loyverse POS website then click Login

  • put in Email Address and Password you, then click Sign In

 

  • Click the three lines in the upper left corner, then click Employees and select AAccess Rights

  • You will be able to see the various employee roles (Owner, Administrator, Manager, and Cashier). You can add new roles according to what you need by clicking Add Roles

  • put in position name that you want to add

  • Click green check in the POS section. In this section you can adjust employee access rights according to your needs by giving a green tick in each access option box, see the options in the image below

  • Click green check in the Back Office section, you can adjust employee access rights according to your needs by putting a green tick on each access box option. Final, click Save.

Footnotes: If you want your employees to be able to enter the POS with their email, then make sure you check the box for the Manage POS Devices section

  • You can see the positions of the employees you have added. You can rearrange the access you give employees by clicking on the position of the employee you want to change access to.
