  6. Savings Account Book (provide both original and photocopies)
  7. Original document and photocopy of NPWP (if the claim value of funds is more than 50 million)
  8. Certificate of still actively working obtained from the company

Conditions for Disbursing BPJS Employment Funds 30%

The disbursement of 30% of BPJS Employment funds is specifically intended for housing costs for participants. The requirements for the disbursement of BPJS Employment 30% are as follows.

  1. Have been registered as a BPJS Employment participant for at least 10 years
  2. The participant is still someone who works
  3. BPJS/Jamsostek card both original and photocopies
  4. Original document and photocopy of the participant's ID card (KTP) or passport
  5. KK (Family Card) both original and photocopies
  6. Savings Account Book (provide original and photocopies)
  7. Original document and photocopy of NPWP (if the claim value of funds is more than 50 million)
  8. Certificate of still actively working obtained from the company
  9. Original and photocopy of housing

Conditions for Disbursing BPJS Employment Funds 100%

The 100% disbursement of BPJS Employment funds can only be made by someone who is no longer working either for reasons of having reached retirement age, resigning, or being laid off. The requirements for the disbursement of the 100% BPJS Employment are as follows.

  1. BPJS/Jamsostek card, both original and photocopies
  2. KTP (Resident Identity Card) or Passport of participants, both original and photocopies
  3. KK (Family Card) both original and photocopies
  4. Savings Account Book (original and photocopy)
  5. NPWP (if the value of the claim is more than 50 million, please provide original and photocopies)
  6. Certificate of Quitting from the Company or Paklaring (a letter stating that someone has worked in a company with a certain position)

  8. Certificate of resignation from the employer to the Manpower and Transmigration Service
  9. If the reason for stopping work is layoffs, please attach a deed of termination from the Industrial Relations Court (PHI)

How to Disburse BPJS Employment Offline
