Faisal himself acknowledged this by explaining that he needed to finalize the concept to get funding and recruit a team to be able to move even faster.

Interestingly, CariPerumahan provides a simulation of calculating mortgage installments available on their platform. Users simply enter the price of the house, down payment, interest per year, and time period. The results of these calculations will describe the amount of principal debt, installments per month, and the total that must be paid by each individual.

“Search for housing will be a reference for the public to obtain information on cheap housing, for banks it will be used as a reference for assessing property values.
