How Homemade works

To ensure that their products are of the best quality and price, Homade applies three steps when preparing their food products, starting with pre-preparation. At this stage, the team prepares food ingredients and seasonings in the form of RTC (Ready to Cook) with high taste, quality, and cleanliness guidelines.

The next process is food assembly. In this process, the production team stores the RTC ingredients, controls the quality of the ready-to-package food, and packages the ready-to-eat food to the consumer.

Housewives who have received order information will take RTC ingredients and process them into food in their private kitchens which have been supervised and controlled by the Homade team according to the selected standards.

"With this price, customers can get a complete menu that can be ordered using the Homade application," said Musni.

Regarding the monetization strategy, Homade benefits from food sales by net profit 12% in 2018. Looking at the existing developments, next year Homade will apply 23% commission from partners. Still focusing on product development, Homade is one of the startups included in the program GnB Accelerator fourth batch.

"Our plan until June 2019 is to open 35 branches in 5 big cities with our sales target of reaching 40 thousand orders per month," concluded Musni.
