This is the list of 30 Rock Star Dev 2013 Finalists

Some time ago TRL had announced an application competition event titled: Rockstar Dev 2013, which is a competition event aimed at application developers of various kinds platform development.

The series of events that will be presented are: meetups, webinars, competitions, seminars and mentoring. For competition events, registration which was opened from May 14, 2013 to June 24, 2013 was finally able to attract 313 applications. Of the 300 applications, the finalists were finally selected and now the finalists have been announced.

This selection process finally presented 30 finalists who were entitled to appear and present their application in front of the jury on 3 July 2013. Here's the list of winners by category as received from the press release to Trenology:

Organized events TechnoJournal and sponsored by Intel This software is intended for a wide variety of developers and platform application, not only for platform certain only. Including on the category side, there are also various applications, in the PRO Rock Star Developer category for example, dominated by children's educational applications and in the NEW Rock Star Developer category, applications that pass look more diverse.

Furthermore, the 30 finalists above will follow the presentation phase in front of the jury which will be held on 3 July at the Auditorium of the Japanese Studies Center, University of Indonesia, Depok. On the same day, the committee will immediately announce the winner of the competition.

This kind of competition needs to be held continuously so that creativity and skill local developers are honed well, so that in the future they will be able to compete with developers from other countries and produce quality applications. The existence of continuous competition is also expected to increase the ability of developers, not only at the competitive level but also at the business level. Especially in this 2013 Rock Star Dev event, the winners not only get prizes, but are also included in the conference session and mentoring. There, the winner of the competition will be provided with various materials about strategy, improvement skills, and application marketing techniques, they can even approach several Rock Star Dev 2013 partners.
