SMEs and AI

Stories about the implementation of AI in Indonesia have been heard a lot. Many businesses are "showcasing" their technology powered by AI so that it can make it more efficient and effective. Heikaku too, they are developing smart scoring that utilizes technology artificial intelligence so that it can calculate the level of suitability of applicants with the vacancies you want to apply for.

"This helps speed up the recruitment process. We understand the desire of millennials in finding work, they can look for office facilities or benefits with facilities such as swimming pools, kitchens, child care or can work from home. This makes Heikaku unique," said Satria told a story.

In order to maintain the quality and authenticity of the vacancies they post, Heikaku specially provides a team screening methods who will contact, verify, and ensure the vacancies that appear are appropriate and responsible. Heikaku also provides protection features for candidates via a reporting button.

Meanwhile for the business model, Heikaku applies a subscription model. So every SME who wants to advertise their job vacancies is charged a subscription fee per month or per year. Heikaku is also planning to introduce an installment mechanism to make it easier for SMEs to reach their services. The target is that by 2020 they want to have 30 thousand SMEs registered on their site.

"Considering the disaster we are currently experiencing together from COVID-19, SMEs have been hit hard and many layoffs have occurred. Heikaku wants to help and inform SMEs to stay calm because they can continue their business by looking for employees at Heikaku. Heikaku is made for SMEs, they can open job vacancies for free. So that it can help the victims of layoffs and job seekers so that they can quickly find work and continue their lives again, "said Satrya.
