In his remarks, Principtal TryB Group Herston Powers said, Gradana has the opportunity to become the first digital property finance company in Southeast Asia starting from Indonesia. Its current services have answered various property financing needs, be it a down payment, rental, renovation or longer-term ones such as mortgages.

Gradana was founded by two people co-founder, that is Angela Oetama and William Susilo Junior. This startup has also won several awards, such as Best Fintech Startup representing Indonesia at the ASEAN Rice Bowl Awards and KPMG's 10 Best P2P Lending Platforms at Fintech Edge.

"In addition to expansion to a minimum of 3 new cities, funds from TryB will also be used for technology development, especially related to credit scoring capabilities oriented to analytics to project the probability of default by prospective borrowers, so that the decision-making process for ownership credit or property rental in Gradana becomes more scalable and reliable, said Angela.

Currently the company has several products, including GraDP, GraSewa, and GraRenov. Everything is developed to make the property business more investment and affordable for the community. The Gradana platform also tries to accommodate the property business ecosystem, such as developers, agents, interior and renovation companies, investors and banks; so they can work together.
