Deconstruction of GovTech Edu, Telkom's Edtech Unit to Support Indonesia's Education Ecosystem

Technology-based learning is a trend that, if executed properly, can improve access and quality of the learning process. Technology-based education (EdTech) not only changes the delivery media by using learning technology tools, but also understands the paradigm and cognitive processes of students to run digital-based learning models.

The approach to edtech solutions and their target users is indeed diverse. In resolving this issue in Indonesia, it is necessary to map through in-depth research in order to produce appropriate technology. This is what is done GovTech Edu when it was first started.

"We use the results of this research as the basis for creating and developing appropriate technology. The technology created and developed must be inclusive and on a large scale because the target of the users of this technology is not only limited to certain criteria. The scope is very broad and diverse," said GovTech COO Edu Daniel Tumiwa to DailySocial.id.
