Good Doctor Strengthens Position as a Provider of Holistic Health Ecosystems in Southeast Asia

This year marks the third year of Good Doctor serving the people of Indonesia. Since operating in 2019, Good Doctor said it had recorded various significant achievements, namely: 14,2 million users with up to 40 times growth in Indonesia.

In addition, Good Doctor has partnered with more than 45 insurance companies, 500 corporate partners and a network of major third party administrators (TPA), more than 1.000 hospitals and laboratories, and 2.500 pharmacies throughout Indonesia. The rapid partnership network of Good Doctor in Indonesia is said to have driven business growth on an annual basis up to 864%.

According to the Managing Director of Good Doctor Technology Indonesia, Danu Wicaksana, his party is also exploring a Health-as-a-Service partnership, which is one of the agendas they are currently preparing. "We don't just want to offer solutions, but create an ecosystem of stakeholder, be it the government, laboratories, and clinics," he told DailySocial.
