Gojek Logistics Strengthen Support for MSMEs with "Hyperlocal On-Demand" Solutions

Intensify collaboration with e-commerce, quickly expand reach and increase fleet

The pandemic has resulted in many consumers limiting their mobility to buy goods to meet their daily needs. Strengthen collaboration

Logistics is one of the industries that will always make a positive contribution to Indonesia. Based on information from the Indonesian Logistics Association (ALI), during the pandemic, the logistics sector did experience challenges with large-scale social restrictions. However, citing BPS data, logistics growth in 2020 was corrected by 16%, with the logistics sector E-commerce which experienced very rapid growth with a growth of 18,1%.

He said that the key to future growth in the logistics sector is to strengthen digitalization. Currently, the challenge for digitizing the logistics industry in Indonesia is a process that still relies on manual recording, non-standardized data, and is not connected. Therefore, collaboration is very important and logistics players need to work hand in hand in reforming the structure and carrying out integration. Such a move could help improve Indonesia's logistics performance, through efficiency and automation.

Future goals
