Lippo Group Prepares to Disburse 2 Trillion Rupiah for Digital Business Development

The Lippo Group seems to be starting to show its seriousness in developing digital technology. Previously, investment company Lippo Digital Ventures took part in investation At GiftCard Indonesia, the Lippo Group is currently preparing around 2 trillion Rupiah to strengthen their business in the digital technology sector.

Quoted from NewsOne, Lippo Group CEO James Tjahaja Riady revealed that in the future the Lippo Group will focus on three aspects of digitalization such as wireless, cloud computing, and social media. Social media development itself will focus on services E-commerce and e-payments. "In the future, all of our company's business will be directed there. We will invest trillions in this field," he said.

For development e-commerce, Lippo Group is planning to do e-commerce soft launch those who are the result of collaboration with PT. Multipolar Technology Tbk next March with investment j estimated at 5 trillion Rupiah. The name of this partner company is PT Mitra eCommerce Global, although we don't know yet brand e-commerce services to be used.
