Desty Reportedly Raises New Funding

East Ventures, Jungle Ventures, Square Peg, and a number of new investors took part in this funding

Developer startup full stack e-commerce solution for merchant Desty reportedly raised a new round of funds. According to regulatory filings, a number of investors participated in this series, including previous investors such as East Ventures, Jungle Ventures, Square Peg, who also participated in the round.

There are also names of new investors, such as ZVC Investment (VC resulting from a merger with YJ Capital with Line Ventures), and BAce Capital.

Desty's management declined to comment on this information when contacted DailySocial.id.

Desty announced the opening of funding pre-series A valued at $3,2 million in July 2021 and led by 5Y Capital. The round raised an additional $5 million in funding with East Ventures as the next leader in November 2021. Then in June 2022 and then Square Peg entered in additional funding for the same round.

Even some well-known celebrities or content creators have also benefited from using Desty Pages such as Luna Maya, Farah Quinn, Choky Sitohang, Titan Tyra, and Greysia Polii.

Then, Desty Store provides access for e-commerce businesses to create functional web-stores that can be tailored to the needs and appearance of the brand. This page is connected with national logistics and ride-hail app services, such as Wahana, SiCepat, Lion Parcel, GoSend, and Grab express. The payment options are also complete, starting from Virtual Accounts, credit cards and e-wallets such as GoPay, OVO, and ShopeePay. Desty Store is also equipped with built-in analytics and pixel tracking functions from Google and Facebook.

To support sales integration E-commerce In various marketplaces and web stores, Desty Commerce offers the Desty Omni service to manage products, orders and stock. Not long ago, Desty launched a new feature called Omni Chat, a collective dashboard to access all customer chats from various marketplaces. This feature is expected to make it easier for businesses to serve customers effectively and improve chat response time, which is an important indicator for e-commerce customers when choosing a store to shop at.

Since it was launched until now, Desty Omni has managed to reach hundreds of billions of rupiah in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). Desty is also developing the Desty Menu service which is specifically designed for business people in the F&B industry to cut down the order operational chain, can be used in restaurants, coffee shop, cinema, karaoke, and so on.

With the Desty Menu, merchants can take advantage of various services such as pick-up, dine-in, deliveryand scheduled orders.
