Dekoruma Enters Property Buying and Selling Line; Q1 2024 Records Highest Revenue Record

Dekoruma, previously known as a startup operating in the field of marketplace interior design and sales services, is now expanding its business line to buying and selling property. Through Dekoruma Properti, users can search for various types of housing. In its initial phase, this service is only available in the Jabodetabek and Bandung areas.

Business development

Although he did not provide detailed figures, Dimas said that Dekoruma's business performance throughout Q1 2024 was very impressive. He said that the first quarter of this year will be "record breaking" in terms of revenue – marks the highest achievement point ever obtained.

Previously it was stated that Dekoruma already reach break even in the third quarter of 2023. This year the target is to achieve this break even one full year. An IPO was planned immediately, but it was postponed due to economic and political dynamics in the country ahead of the election.

Dekoruma Experience Center in Lampung / Dekoruma

Dekoruma also continues to increase their O2O market reach, most recently the company built an Experience Center in Lampung. Soon to follow in the near future in Balikpapan, Samarinda and other cities. So currently there are approximately 30 Dekoruma Experience Centers spread across 18 cities.

The last Dekoruma announced series C1 funding worth $15 million in 2021. The investors involved are Nexter Ventures by SCG Cement-Building Materials, KTB Network, and several previous stage investors including Global Digital Niaga (Blibli), OCBC NISP Ventura, and Foundation.

With aggressive expansion plans this year, Dekoruma is also working on further fundraising.
