DealJava's "Deals" service is ready to visit a new city this year

It has reached six major cities in Indonesia

DealJava is a service that displays a list deals or promos for many things, from food to tickets to rides. Currently, DealJava is located in 6 major cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Pekanbaru, Bandung and Yogyakarta. It is possible that this service will expand to several new cities this year.

DealJava is the name used by DealMedan when it first expanded to Surabaya in 2015. From the narrative of DealJava's Business Development Executive Robin, after expanding to Surabaya DealJava then expanded to several new cities, until January 2018 yesterday it entered Bandung. Since its launch in 2013, DealJava has had more than 380.000 users spread across 6 cities.

"Yes [DealMedan as part of DealJava], Dealjava is the name used by our company when it first expanded to Surabaya in 2015. From there we continued to expand to various cities such as Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Yogyakarta, and most recently Bandung. in January 2018. From there we decided to combine all management into one name, namely Dealjava," explained Robin.

Robin added that this year expansion to new cities is one of the targets to be achieved. DealJava is currently offering promos for its customers by cooperating with merchant who want to introduce their product or service. With almost 5 years of experience in the industry deals, DealJava is optimistic that it can help merchants to introduce their products, including helping users to find the best deals.

"We dare to guarantee that the promos we provide are promos with the best prices, besides that we always prioritize customer satisfaction in every promo we provide," added Robin.

Services deals have to adapt

As previously known, the industry deals in Indonesia had booming in the period 2011 to 2012. Over time, the service deals slowly began to dim and many closed operations.

From Robin's point of view, the industry deals Indonesia will not survive if it is not able to adapt to the presence of financial technology services in the payment area which also provides offers or promos with more practical methods. Service deals must be able to synergize and collaborate, instead of competing with them. The recipe is done by DealJava at this time. They do not compete but cooperate with them.

"We are in the stage of adapting this change by collaborating with as many media as possible payment. Especially the media payment nowadays it has become the center of attention with extraordinarily attractive promos. So instead of trying to defeat the giant, we try to make the giant a friend. With a mutually beneficial method of cooperation, of course," concluded Robin.
