DailySocial Report: 2018 Music Streaming Service Survey

Application-based services are increasingly in demand by users smartphone in Indonesia. No exception for the use of services streaming music, whether free or paid. To find out the extent of acceptance and patterns of habits of the Indonesian people towards services streaming music, DailySocial do this survey.

The survey was carried out in collaboration with the JakPat Mobile Survey Platform. In this survey, as many as 1955 respondents from various regions in Indonesia were involved. Some of the dancing findings in the survey include:

• 85% of respondents said they listened streaming online music regularly in the last six months.
• 52% of respondents subscribe to the service streaming paid music.
• Services streaming The most used paid music is JOOX, which is used by 70,37% of respondents.
• 56,12% of respondents admitted to using the service streaming music for getting free access from their internet service provider/mobile phone service.
