CTO Detik Andry Huzain Moves, Joins PlasaMSN as Director

It's no secret that Detik has lost many employees not long after acquired by Para Group some time ago. The clash of corporate culture and organizational restructuring is rumored to be one of the main reasons behind most of the resignations that occur at Detik from all levels of the company.

But this time the delay is quite significant. Their CTO and Director of Commerce, Andry Huzain will leave his position on the biggest news portal in Indonesia and join a rival news portal PlasaMSN. Andry will start working at PlasaMSN in early July 2012, and there has been no announcement regarding his replacement as CTO and Director of Commerce at Detik.

Andry who is also reliable photographer, joined Detik in 2007 as Product and Service Development Manager and climbed his career to become IT Director in 2009. Two years later, in 2011, his responsibilities were expanded and trusted by the Detik board of directors to lead the Commerce division of the news portal until the end of his career at Second.

By joining PlasaMSN as Director, Andry will work with other Director Widi Nugroho as the main policy maker at PlasaMSN. The two directors, Widi and Andry, will report directly to Telkom and its subsidiary Metra.
