DealKeren Rebranding To Become LivingSocial Indonesia

Follow acquisition what happened last June 2011, Dealkeren has now changed its name to LivingSocial Indonesia and changed the website address from dealkeren.com to livingsocial.co.id. The appearance of the website has also changed from what was "similar" to Groupon to a standard LivingSocial theme. The dealkeren.com site from today will also be redirected to LivingSocial.co.id.

Dealkeren itself claims to have a market share of 65%, far beating its closest rival Disdus (Groupon Indonesia). Dealkeren's own monthly revenue reaches $250k or more than Rp. 2 billion. Amir himself write about Dealkeren not long after the acquisition that they are targeting 1 million users by the end of 2011.

At the end of 2011, Dealkeren also moved to their new office in a premium office building right in the middle of (congested) Jakarta. Adrian Suherman, CEO of Dealkeren has not responded to our questions regarding Living Social Indonesia's targets after this rebranding.
