4. Big SIUP

Document requirements for making SIUP

Before entering the registration and sample business license letter, you need to know what the requirements and documents are needed to make a SIUP.

  1. KTP of the main director or the person in charge of the company.
  2. Passport photo of the main director with a size of 4x6, as many as 2 sheets if it will be submitted in person offline.
  3. Family Card, this document is required if the company you are currently running has a female family person in charge.
  4. Deed of business establishment.
  5. Business approval letter from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
  6. Business Place Permit (SITU)
  7. company NPWP.
  8. Company balance sheet.
  9. Principle License and Nuisance Permit.
  10. Technical permit issued by the relevant agency.

How to make a business license

To make SIUP can be done directly online and offline, to apply for SIUP directly offline You can go to the nearest trade office and follow these steps:

1. Take the registration form

The first procedure for making SIUP is offline is to take the registration form provided by the trade office.

2. Fill out the SIUP registration form

After that, you can immediately fill out the SIUP form by accompanying the documents that have been determined as a condition for making the SIUP above.

3. Pay the administration fee

In the process of making a business license, there will be a registration fee for a business license. However, these administrative costs will differ from one another, according to each region.

4. Waiting for the issuance of SIUP

After making sure all the SIUP requirements are complete, you can immediately submit them to the officer in the trade office, the duration of making SIUP will take approximately 2 weeks. When your PT SIUP is complete, an officer will contact you.

Procedure for making SIUP online

1. Creating an Account on OSS

The first step you have to do is create an account on the official OSS page, namely oss.go.id, you can click the register feature and fill in the appropriate identity, address e-mail, and the active phone number in use.

2. Account Verification

After registering, OSS will send you a link to verify your account. So you need to use the address Email active.

3. Login with your account and start filling in company data

After verifying, you can already login return and fill in the business data for the SIUP application. You just need to fill in and follow the steps according to the OSS page.

4. Issuance of NIB

If you have completed filling out the registration and submitted it with the appropriate conditions, later you will get a business identification number (NIB).
