Rumah.com Acquired by AllProperty Media

home.com, an Indonesian website offering more than 120.000 properties, both for sale and for rent, was acquired by AllProperty Media which owns PropertyGuru.com.sg. In providing its services, Rumah.com also cooperates with various property agents and developers in marketing listing their property.

From the description on the site home.com explained that AllProperty Media is a popular property site in Singapore which is now memiliki more than 200.000 monthly users, while Rumah.com, a property site in Indonesia launched in 2007, has 11.000 members and more than 700 listing properties are added daily and are visited by more than 500.000 visitors and eight million pages every month.

Previous AllProperty Media also launched HomeGuru.com.my in Malaysia and announced that it has also purchased FullHouse Media Sdn Bhd, owner of FullHouse.com.my in North Malaysia.

As quoted from PropertyGuru, CEO of AllProperty Media, Steve Melhuish explained that this acquisition provides developers with PropertyGuru's unique regional marketing capacity. real estate market and property agencies that want to target buyers from various Asian countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, India, Macau and Hong Kong.
