Collaborating with Xendit, Jurnal.id Presents the Pay Journal Feature

Providing a Payment Gateway Portal for transaction processing through virtual accounts on the Jurnal.id service

Online accounting tool developer Journal.id recently introduced its new feature called Jurnal Pay. This feature is intended to help SME entrepreneurs make account payments via email virtual accounts, either in the form of bank transfer or credit card. So that now SMEs can process billing so that their customers make online payments from any customer invoice sent.

In addition, through Jurnal Pay, SME players can manage and arrange financial plans by providing payment processing options and receiving payments quickly, anywhere and anytime. The development of the Pay Journal itself was carried out in collaboration with Xendit, which is a provider of financial technology infrastructure services in Southeast Asia. Xendit provides a Payment Gateway Portal for transaction processing via virtual accounts earlier.

Through this feature, users Journal.id no need to bother anymore to register virtual accounts alone. By entering some information such as company name, email, bank name, account name, Jurnal.id account, and expense account in Jurnal Pay, users can receive payments through selected banks including Mandiri, BRI, BCA, and BNI. The recording of transactions for receiving and disbursing funds is verified automatically, so that Journal Pay users do not need to check payments manually because everything has been recorded in the Jurnal.id system.

"Observing that SMEs tend to be influenced by external factors so that they skip mandatory invoices to be paid and still manually confirm receipt of money, encourages us to innovate by providing practical services for SMEs. By partnering with Xendit, we provide practical solutions so that users can receive payments instantly directly and get notification of payment confirmation and recording invoice which has been paid automatically so that SME players no longer worry about missing mandatory invoices that must be paid," said Chief Executive Officer of Jurnal.id Daniel Witono.

The integration of Xendit makes it easy for Jurnal.id to accommodate the transaction needs of various types of companies to accept bank transfer and credit card payments, manage funds with the system escrow, as well as sending large-scale payments.

Meanwhile Moses Lo as Founder & CEO of Xendit said, "This is in line with our mission which aims to help business people to receive payments easily and in control. On the other hand, from the payer side, it is easier in terms of time to make payments through options. virtual accounts (bank transfer) or credit card. We hope that this contribution will reap a positive response from Journal.id users and strengthen Jurnal.id's position as a accountancy."
