Catapa Presents HelpGPT to Strengthen HR Solutions
At the same time developing a tax simulation feature and company structure to make it more interactive
The development of artificial intelligence technology has now reached various sectors, including human resources (HR). One of the Human Resources Intelligence System (HRIS) developers who graduated from GDP Ventures incubation, Catapa launched HelpGPT, a chatGPT-based application that provides information on paying taxes and labor regulations in Indonesian.
Based on internal data for the January-April 2023 period, around 60% of customer inquiries that were submitted to CATAPA were repeated questions, with answers easily accessible in the Help Center. The assumption is that it takes Customer Support one minute to handle each of these repeated questions, which means more than 2.500 minutes of time spent on manual handling.
This calculation prompts the company to respond to the need to answer these repeated questions by creating efficiencies for the team Customer Support via HelpGPT.
