BMoney Expands Stock Investment Products

PT Buka Investasi Bersama (BIB), a joint venture between Bukalapak and Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia, is expanding in-house investment products BMoney platform. This stock feature comes thanks to a partnership with PT CGS-CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia. Previously, BMoney only provided mutual fund and bond investment products.

Not only providing a share buying and selling feature, BMoney is now also starting to work on the premium customer segment with the name BMoney Priviledge service. It is claimed that the collaboration between the two companies is the first time between a technology platform and a securities company in Indonesia.

This is possible, because BIB has also just obtained a level II MPPE (Securities Brokerage Marketing Partner) permit from the OJK. In the provisions, MPPE is a party that provides Securities Brokerage marketing services to customers and/or prospective customers based on cooperation contracts.
