Berrybenka Reopens Favorite "Offline Store" at Mall Ciputra Jakarta

Already has 25 offline stores throughout Indonesia, focus on campaigning #TheNewBerrybenka

After doing business transformation in May 2018 and carrying out the #TheNewBerrybenka campaign, the fashion commerce platform Berrybenka is doing it again re-openingoffline store those located at Mall Ciputra Jakarta.

Committed to providing an easy, safe, and comfortable shopping experience through an integrated process between online and offline sites (Berrybenka Store), currently Berrybenka has around 25 stores offline in big cities in Indonesia.

“As part of the #TheNewBerrybenka campaign, we are starting to give the Berrybenka Store a new face. Through re-opening one of store with the highest number of visitors, we would like to introduce the new face of Berrybenka Store Mall Ciputra Jakarta, which is located on the UG floor. The new concept brought to the Berrybenka Store is an elegant, modern, and ,” said Berrybenka CEO Jason Lambuda.

With campaign rebranding #TheNewBerrybenka, it is hoped that the changes and new appearance of Berrybenka can increase the number of customers who still like the in-person shopping experience, but can also enjoy the convenience and service when shopping online. These two things are what Berrybenka will focus on next.

Concept omni-channel Berrybenka was introduced since 2016 and the company claims to have received a positive response from the target users. Berrybenka can now be accessed not only on the website and mobile application, but also on chat app such as WhatsApp and LINE.
